We work with law/police enforcement diligently, All details of any fraud, including the perpetrator, will be handed to eBay, action fraud and the police. We have successfully disputed false claims by scammers claiming they had not receiving the item, falsely claiming the item is damaged and falsely claiming they returned said items. We have extra cover also taken out as an extra layer of protection to withstand these scams, so please don’t consider it against our business

Excellent - immaculate condition, device has no marks at all, battery health above 85%
Very good - has some light scratches or chips, these have no effect on the working condition of the phone, battery health above 80%
Good - moderate scratches and chips, no cracks and device fully working, battery health above 80%
Economic - fully working device with heavy scratching & chips, battery health above 75%
